Hey there friend! Let me tell you, it has been a week. This episode has been on my heart for a while now, and I wondered if on my own Birthday (as well as my awesome twin sister's birthday!) I truly feel led to share this with you. 
 
In today's episode, I wanted to do a brief share the Redemption part of this podcast and the years I spent working in the nightlife industry. I thought I was healthy because I did go to the gym but I was living an unhealthy lifestyle both physically, spiritually and I should add, emotionally. I finally turned to God's word and prayer for answers and direction.
