Let's face it, SAHM life can be kind of lonely. By the time I've looked up from being in the thick of it, I realized my life has certainly moved on and so have the friends I once had B.K. (Before Kids)
One of the biggest heart desires I have read and heard on social media, is the lack of friendship, accountability, community and communication. So much for "Social" Media, right?
I think it's important to find a like-minded community of women in similar seasons, not only to chat and laugh with but also to build up in faith AND in health.

Hey there mama! Having little ones in tow definitely changes things. Leaving the house is truly and adventure! Before I had my first daughter, I would leisurely leave the house for the gym and workout as long as I wanted. Those days are long gone, yet the present have much more sweetness to them.
In today's episode, we are talking about how to get to the gym with a little one in tow, or in my case, with 2!

Here we go! Let's make it to our workout daily, if that's our goal.

Wait until you hear the little visitor on today's show! I know you understand.
You LOVE your littles, I know. It's hard to be present sometimes when we are thinking of the past and the future. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's great to learn from the past, prepare for the future and have GOALS!
In today's episode, I am talking about what will help you as a mom, be more present and I can tell you, it might not be what you think. When we prioritize our own health, and our faith, a shift happens, and we just become.... balanced in the chaos of mom life.

Hey there mama!
Being a mom can be hard to navigate at times. Especially when we are the ones in charge of the home, our daughters / children and the overall health and wellness of our family. The truth is, when we began to prioritize our own health, those actions and new disciplines will reflect and permeate the rest of our homes.
This episode is all about one daily habit that you can begin to implement, today! Our bodies are designed for movement and if you're feeling desperate to get going, here are a few things I practice prioritizing my health, on a daily basis.

“Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says I'll try again tomorrow.” ― Mary Anne Radmacher
What are you believing? Does it determine your day to day? Our mindset can affect how and if we prioritize our health and faith. We become more and more of what we believe which is why we sometimes need to ask ourselves, "are we holding ourselves back?"

In this quick episode, I give a few examples of my own life as a stay-at-home mom on the importance of positive thinking. Pivot when needed and start to prioritize your health and your faith!
