Hey there! It is good to be back after a much-needed break. 
Episode 123 is a solo episode where I share thoughts on my faith walk as a mom of four, fitness tips and taking momentary pauses in life to become more still and present.

For many of us, accepting what we look like can be hard sometimes. It could be the way our hair has stopped growing post-partum, or the extra stretch marks and lack of muscle. We can be very critical of ourselves on many levels and this keeps us moms from walking in freedom and grace.
